What is your return/exchange policy?

Upon receiving of goods, kindly check quantity and quality of goods. If there is a mistake in order made by us, we will make the necessary corrections. If there is a mistake in order by customer, additional charges may be imposed for correction. After signing off on the delivery, any complaints may be igonored depending on validity. Goods must be returned with the receipt within 7days. We will inspect the condition and assess from there. If the goods have been installed/used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If the item is a custom made order, if there is mistake in manufacturing by us, we will rectify. If there is mistake in order by customer (e.g. design measurement error, installation error etc), additional charges may be imposed for additional rectification/modification.

What is your delivery schedule?

Our delivery schedule for orders is within 1-3 working days. Please be informed that delivery charges apply depending on final order amount.

Your item was marked in stock, why am I informed it is out of stock after I ordered and paid?

We strive to maintain the correct inventory status, but there may delays in stock take. We aim to inform you ASAP if there is no more stock after you order. Payment for the item with no stock will be refunded if there is no stock (subject to merchant fees). Kindly give us a call to check before ordering if you are unsure of the stock availability of the item you want to order.

Some of your items prices change frequently, why is this so?

Some of our items are imported from USA, where the manufacturer controls the pricing very rigidly. Custom made items are dependent on material costs (e.g. copper/brass/steel/stainless steel) which are dependent on current market pricing (fluctuates periodically).

I have bulk order for items, can I get better pricing?
